A Gift
If I could give you something
A token of love, perhaps a Ring
A Pearl, which shines like the Moon's face
A Diamond cut from the Star's surface
An Emerald
gathered from the Green forest
A Ruby
Selected from the hues of Sunset
Golden Sun Rays, I would take for the Ring
Or Silver Moon Beams, I would be snatching
With a Sapphire
Dipped in the Deep Blue Sea
A Ring made of Dreams - How would You see.
If I could give you something
